220 Volt (NOT USA COMPLIANT) Severin Breadmaker 2.2 Lbs Cool Touch

I am stationed in the Philippines and wanted a automatic bread maker. I ordered this Severin Breadmaker and had it shipped to the U.S. (I go back every 3 months) and brought it back with me to the Philippines. I read the instructions and plugged it in. The function button console does not work properly. All the unit will do is knead the dough. The heating unit will not heat up nor will any of the other functions work properly. It won't even bake on a stand alone basis.

Now I am in a tough position. I am in Manila but I had it ordered and shipped in the U.S. I sent an email to the seller and hopefully he can figure something out for me. Spending over $200 bucks for this unit makes it an expensive paperweight.
