Less expensive over 10 years,

Yes they are expensive...but I have gone though 5 baking sheets over the past 10 years at $15-25 each, so I have spent more on the crap "nonstick" pans over the past 10 years than if I would have just ponied up the $100 for the All Clad in the beginning. A good commercial aluminum pan could also work as good, but then you think about the aluminum getting scrapped into your food and it is usually harder to clean. Even if we burn the crap out of whatever is getting broiled, it all comes off with a hot water soak, a green scrubby, and some Barkeepers Friend. So far I have never seen a nonstick that can do this.

I've purchased all of the All-Clad bakeware assortment and I am quite sure that each piece will outlast me. They are a joy to use, though I miss blaming poor results on my bakeware instead of 'user error'.
First the pros: this isn't your lightweight variety stainless steel. Each piece is substantial and does an excellent job of heating evenly/quickly. The handles on the bakers are particularly handy (pun intended), and keep your hands out of pies/cakes,etc. Everything is securely riveted and will stand up to rigorous use.
The cons: Steep price tag, the handles riveted to the inside of the pan aren't smooth or flush with the interior. Perhaps I am being nitpicky here, but for the mint that these cost, I expected impeccable fit and finish. Despite this, I'd still buy these again, (in fact, I bought several of each variety for entertaining larger crowds).
If you're in the market for new or upgraded bakeware/ovenware, these are excellent from baking to...Read more

This is the "go to" oven pan in my house. There is no easier way of cooking bacon than to line the pan with bacon and bake in a NON-preheated oven on 375 degrees flipping once or twice.
This pan has never warped at all in the oven after many uses. The edges on the side make it ideal for cooking or heating anything that contains liquid that could run off of a baking/cookie sheet.
This pan is very nice looking; I have not done so yet, but I plan to use it as a serving platter when the need arises.
