Product Description
Amco 3-strap Bread Pan Set is manufactured to meet the exacting standards of the toughest commercial bakeries and food service establishments. Each pan is crafted from heavy-gauge aluminized steel, a 3-ply material consisting of two layers of tough corrosion-resistant 3003 aluminum alloy around the durability, strength and superior heat conduction of carbon steel. The frame is supported by a thick, coated reinforcing wire to give the pan additional strength and insure greater durability. Pans have a silicone coating that provides for easy release of baked goods. Coating will darken with use. Set of 3 Linked Bread Pans, each 9.5-inch by 4.5-inch. Each pan holds approximately a 1-pound loaf.

My husband was a baker and knows that this heavy type of bread pan produces the best baked loaves. Now retired he bakes our bread at home and wanted this type of strapped pan for baking multiple loaves. He highly valued the Chicago Metallic brand in the past but Amco is as fine a product for less money. The non stick coating really does work with no need to grease and flour.

Absolutely love this pan...I wanted to have professional quality pan for my bread. I use it very often, performs perfect every time and cleans very easy...3 pans in one it's very convenient, it saves time and energy. I usually make 3 loaves and all raise very well and bake evenly. I recommend it for people who likes to bake regularly, because it is the same quality used in foodservice establishments.
