Excellent product. Bakes VERY WELL and just love it. I have several ANolon items in my kitchen and I recomend they are all marvelous. Easy cooking and cleaning.

I have purchased many nonstick pans over the years and have always had to grease the pans before using.
These Anolon pans really do not need to be greased or sprayed with Pam!
I have baked brownies and breads. I have baked sticky chicken and teriyaki beef and have had no problem getting the food out or cleaning the pans.
I do take the manufacturers advice and hand wash and dry hoping that this cookware will last forever.
