I picked one of these pans up at my local TJ Maxx--- they only had one, or I would have gotten a couple. I am waiting for Amazon to get them back in stock and I will purchase another one for sure, they are HEAVY, will not warp, will not rust, and the silicone grips make it really easy to get a full pan in and out of the oven. They are nice and heavy and things bake evenly in them...but take note that since heavier pans hold more heat, cakes and muffins don't take as long to bake as they do in the old flimsy pans. Muffins and popovers with no liners turn out beautifully--one time I even forgot to spray them and my corn muffins still came out without sticking. This bakeware lives up to the Analon name.

I love Analon products. I purchased all my Analon on one of Amazon's other sites (Myhabit.com). I proudly own two of these muffin pans and I use these muffin pans constantly. Like the other reviewer warns you MUST cut back baking times when using Analon because everything bakes faster. These are heavy, well made pans and they distribute heat thoroughly so baking times are faster. My first batch of blueberry muffins with Analon pans the muffins were too dry from being overbaked. (I would recommend reducing baking time by 5 minutes your first batch and check). The other pro with these pans is I never have to grease the pans. I've owned these muffin pans several months now and I've never greased them and my muffins still slide out. So Analon eliminates the need to use grease which adds more calories and labor to your baking. Clean up is easy. I never put Analon in the dishwasher. I hand wash these and hand dry immediately.
