Summary: Makes great meatloaf! 2008-12-12
Comment: This meatloaf pan is great! The two piece design allows for all of the grease from the meat to drip through the liner into the bottom pan. The meatloaf didn't taste dry at all which I thought might be a problem but it wasn't. The suregrip handles do not get hot in the oven and clean-up is a breeze. I would highly recommend this pan for those wanting to cut out unnecessary calories and fat from their diet. The bottom pan can also be used to bake breads so it isn't just a one-use pan.

Summary: Meat loaf won't be fat-free 2008-08-29
Comment: I've only used this product once so far, and I was actually a little surprised by the amount of fat that ended up in the bottom of the outer pan. Even though I was using 80 or 85 percent lean hamburg, there was not even enough fat to cover the bottom of the pan. So, I'm not sure how well this actually works for reducing the fat in the meatloaf. I will say, however, that the pans are very nice quality and cleaned easily. I am sure I will use them a lot, not only for meatloaf but other things.

Summary: Wow..a whole new kind of meatloaf! 2008-04-15
Comment: So THIS is how people who make that nice,easy-slicing good-in-sandwiches meatloaf do it. Drains all the grease out and leaves in the flavor of good lean hamburger (no matter what grade you use). Stick with beef, though...not the loaf pan you want for ground turkey or chicken, which has almost no fat content to begin with. The recipe it comes with is really good no matter what kind of meat you use.

Summary: Amazing Simply Amazing! 2008-04-06
Comment: I had one of those cheaper meatloaf pans from one of the catalogs. It worked until it rusted! So I knew the concept worked and that the meatloaf was wonderful, that I could feel good about serving it to my family and know that the fat was reduced. Well I tossed the rusty pan went online and started my search, I found this pan and it was at a department store, or so I thought! When I went there they didn't sell this pan in store but I was able to see the quality of the brand. So I went home and ordered it that day. Well the day it got here I made a meatloaf. What a difference! This pan drained more of the fat, the meatload didn't stick to the pan at all. If you are looking for a meatloaf pan, this is a good and solid pan!
