The size of the broiler pan is wonderful for two people, just what I was looking for in that aspect. Unfortunately the non-stick top is not living up to its name. The top ends up with little pieces of food, especially fish skin glued to it.

I got this small pan because it's just me and my husband and it's a great size for cooking for two. Not so non-stick though. But I spray the pan with PAM or something like that before I put the meat on it.

This broiler pan is the best I ever have had - better than what comes with the new oven. I don't put a thing on the top such as Pam or oil. Just the steak or chicken etc. The secret is to clean it right after the meal.. It is non stick and comes off easily with the plastic round scrubbers. I also can use the base for baking brownies. I Love it........and highly recommend this item.
