Summary: HORRIBLE quality - use with caution! 2010-02-24
Comment: My wife and I recently got a couple of these pans for Xmas. On the second occasion that we used them, I noticed a grey color on the side of the loaf after removing it from the pan. THE NON-STICK COATING HAD COME OFF AND STUCK TO THE BREAD!!
Using these pans poses a health risk! Stay far away from this brand! Other reviewers have complained that the pans rust (which they do) and this would be why. Whatever chemical coating they put on the pan comes off in your food, and you then ingest it!
Thanks a lot, Baker's Secret! I'm sure it won't be long before lawsuits begin...

Summary: Good Pan For the Money 2010-02-13
Comment: I use these pans several times a week. Nothing ever sticks. I use a plastic knife to go around the edges of the bread and it just comes right out without damaging the pan at all.
I had a loaf pan that became damaged by using a metal knife and it did rust where it was damaged but that never happens to me on a pan that has the non-stick layer in-tact.
My breads always brown perfectly. Not over and not under.
This pan is 1/3 the cost of designer brands and, according to reviews I have read, the designer pans are not nearly as good.

Summary: Wonderful Bread Pan 2010-01-24
Comment: I have been so satisfied with these pans that I now have five. I use them to bake bread and nothing ever sticks. Just spray the pans and your bread will slid right out. I had used other pans and always had a problem with my bread sticking even after spraying with oil. The large size is just perfect for a nice large loaf of bread. Don't wash them often, just wipe out after using. I have yet to have any rusting problem with any of them even after washing them. You should always place the pans back in your oven for a minute or two after washing to make sure they are nice and dry before storing. That technique has always kept my pans from rusting. I would recommend these pans, so far I have not found anything better for my bread.

Summary: Not as large as advertised 2009-11-29
Comment: We wanted a large bread pan and the dimensions stated 11x6 is larger than the standard. The pan we received was 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 which is the standard size, not nearly as large as the dimensions stated.

Summary: Cheap price, but it doesn't last. 2009-11-18
Comment: I keep buying these because they are inexpensive, but this is definitely a case of getting what you pay for. These receive very light use in my house, and the two that I have (8 x 4" and 9 x 5") are not only rusting but now flaking large amounts of silicon. Not worth the hassle and expense of replacing them every couple of years. Do you really want to risk the safety of your family members over a loaf of banana bread?
