great pan,

This is the first time I have reviewed anything on the net. I have used a Weber grill pan for years for fish and vegetables, but I have never been happy with it because it is impossible to clean. I usually get a new one every year, but while searching for the best price this year I saw several ads for the Circulon outdoor grill pan. Although it's features intrigued me, it's cost is much higher than other grill pans. This pan is not sold in any stores in my local area, so I was forced to by it online sight unseen. I'm glad I did. It is larger than the Weber grill pan, which is great for grilled vegetables. The nonstick surface is fabulous for grilled fish, but the unexpected surprise was its performance with burgers and steaks -- it eliminates flair-ups.
