I think Betty Crocker got out of the hardware business and sold the design to Sunbeam. The Sunbeam 5891 appears to be this exact same machine.

Summary: very nice machine - never a worry 2005-12-08
Comment: I really like my little bread machine. At the time of my purchase, this had been on sale for a mere 35 dollars.
Almost a year later, I write this review - this is the best way to scent my house :) this machine has never had any mechanical problems & makes a consistently great loaf of bread.
If you measure incorrectly or try to substitute products (vary from the recipes in the books included with purchase) - you won't get anything edible. That said however, I haven't had any problems with this and recommend it as a low cost machine for anyone.
