1. It is easy to use. it does most of the work for you. The main thing is, follow the directions. Use exact amounts, IE measure with the correct containers, and you can't go wrong.
2.The bread comes out great. No chemicals or preservatives. Super home-made healthy taste you will notice. But note this: the bread is often not as sweet as store bread. It tastes a little different, so don't expect the exact same taste as you get in the store. Whether you like the bread or not is a matter of taste. The bread it makes is healthy and a little less sweet and more fresh.
3.the biggest loaf I reccomend it 1.5 lbs and not 2lbs despite the machine's advertised ability. I have not yet tried a 2lb loaf, but, the 1.5 lb loaf just about fills up the pan. Some jam recipes from sources other than this model's booklet can overflow the pan. Stick to 1.5 lb recipes as a max. The jam it makes is the "best jam I ever had".
4. cleaning takes 20 seconds.
5. saves...Read more

No Customer Service,

This review is from: Breadman Deluxe Breadman Bread Machine
After 8 months of use the bread pan began to leak around the rivets in the bottom. When I contacted the manufacturer they said they would send me another pan . It is one month later and I haven't received the replacement . They are saying that the part is on backorder and have no idea when it will be available. I would not buy from this manufacturer due their non existent customer service.

I never thought I would own a breadmaker, especially now with the "evil carbs" craze that America seems to be having these days. However, with a super $30 deal, it was definitely an impulse "why not" purchase. I have to say, the bread is pretty good and pretty easy to make! For our first try, we bought a regular old white bread machine mix at the grocery store and gave it a whirl. The directions are fairly easy to follow, and we used the "super rapid" mode so we could have it ready in an hour (we're impatient). It came out pretty well! Since then we have been more patient and used the longer cycles and the bread is even better. Also, the machine has a "dough mode" which you can use just to make cookie or pizza dough which I find pretty cool. It is really fun to watch the machine through the clear glass window at the top -- first mixing, then kneading, then baking. Neat-o!
A few gripes and some user tips: make sure you read ALL of the directions before you use it...Read more
