Bready is a technologically advanced, robotic baking system designed in Sweden. The machine and specially-formulated mixes work together to produce fresh, hot, bakery-quality gluten-free and wheat baked goods. Bready's unique vertical kneading imitates the hand-kneading of a professional baker, enabling liquids to fully penetrate the dry ingredients, resulting in perfectly textured breads that are moist and won't crumble under a knife. Because mixes come pre-sealed and bake in a closed environment, risk of cross-contamination is greatly reduced. Bready gluten-free mixes are blended and packaged from all gluten-free ingredients on dedicated gluten-free equipment in a gluten-free facility. Each batch is tested to ensure the mix contains 5 parts per million or less gluten - the strictest standard in the world for gluten-free labeling. All Bready gluten-free mixes carry the Celiac Sprue Association's seal of recognition. Each mix has its own unique RFID 'smart tag'. Simply scan the RFID tag and attach the Mix Bag, add a few simple ingredients and press a button. All the parameters for kneading, resting, rising and baking are automatically entered into the machine for perfect results every time. All mixing and kneading occurs inside the Mix Bag, so there's no mess--just discard the empty bag at the end of the baking cycle. Unlike a traditional bread machine there's no paddle so the loaves have no hole in the bottom. Bready makes a wide variety of breads, cakes and doughs for an endless supply of delicious gluten-free baked goods. To get you started, included are 4 mixes, commercial grade bread pan, pizza pans and jumbo bun/muffin pan.
