I have this same machine, did not purchase from Amazon. The machine seems to work as intended, the problem starts with the bread mixes that must be used with it. They come in a plastic bag with a scan code on it that tells the machine what you are baking. I have had 2 bags break while in the machine, throwing dough all over the inside. The first few loaves of bread I tried were failures. The company is in the process of changing the amount of ingredients you add to the bag and the scanning cade. Of course if you order any mixes, and you must order because they are not available otherwize, you may be sent boxes that have the old scanning code and directions.

All of this makes it a very pricey pruchase, so you would think the Bready company would have a decent customer service. Think again.
