Calphalon Commercial Bakeware Mini Loaf Pans, Set of 4

I can't tell you enough good about these mini baking pans. Around the holiday's i bake pumpkin nut bread to give to neighbors and friends. I used to buy those aluminum throw away loaf pans and they are terrible, i would re use them and they would stick in the pan after i baked them...wasted a lot of money on them. Now i have these wonderful mini loaf pans that i will have and use forever, no more wasting my money on those throw away pans. Nothing sticks and they come out sooo nice, looks like i am a real professional baker..thank you calphalon.

I bake breads a lot, especially sweet breads. I had bought a medium Calphalon loaf pan from the same line and absolutely love it. However, I couldn't find the Calphalon brand mini-loaf pan locally, so I bought a set from Williams-Sonoma. The WS pans looked very similar, but were absolutely no comparison. For one thing, the WS pans started rusting under the rim immediately (after the first wash, and, believe me, I baby my bakeware!) So, needless to say, the WS pans went right back to the store! I found these pans here at a great price! I am so glad I have these now, and I will never make that mistake again!

The Calphalon Commercial Nonstick Bakeware line is excellent. The nonstick coating is superb, they are heavy, sturdy and very well made. The nonstick coating is so slippery nothing sticks to it. I have the large, medium and mini set of loaf pans and they are all fantastic. The large and medium sizes are great for breads, banana bread, pound cake, etc. and the minis are great for holiday baked gifts or personalized desserts. Who wouldn't like their own mini pound cake?

Although you could, I don't use my bakeware for meats, I prefer to use bakeware for baking and stainless (All Clad) or stoneware (Le Creuset Poterie) for meats and meatloaf.

One note: you may want to check on your baked goods a couple of minutes early. I have noticed that everything is done a little quicker in pans with a dark finish. Many newer recipes will indicate the timing for dark finish bakeware. These pans are also a breeze to clean, just a little soap and water and you are done.
