Summary: High quality pans for serious bread bakers 2008-12-27
Comment: I bought a pair of these pans a few years ago, and I just love them. They are so nice and heavy and produce a lovely crust. They must be handwashed, but they come clean very easily without a lot of elbow grease. I'm planning to start baking most or all of our family bread, so I'm now looking to buy additional pans. I think these will last my lifetime, and possible well beyond. These are definitely a good investment, and an excellent value at this price.

Comment: The Chicago Metallic Commercial pans are great. The only complaint I could mention is that these came with a paper label stuck in the bottom with some glue that was nearly impossible to remove.

Comment: Nonstick. Works like a charm. I use this to make bob's red mill bread mixes that make 1.5 pound loaves. My bread comes out perfectly every time. I forgot to oil the pan and it still didn't stick at all. Very clean, high quality product. Highly recommended.
