Product Description
Constructed from commercial, heavyweight aluminized steel, this versatile pan is the same size as a restaurant 1/4 sheet and can be utilized for much more than jelly rolls. With its raised sides, you can use it to bake cookies, nachos or hot hors d'oeuvres, roast meats or veggies. Place it under pie pans and casseroles to catch drippings and spills. Extra-strong, heavyweight aluminized steel construction resists warping and corrosion. Small, medium or large.
All Chicago Metallic Commercial Bakeware is made to meet the exacting standards of commercial bakers and home cooks who prefer the tradition of baking on uncoated pans. Each pan is crafted from aluminized steel that combines the durability, strength and heat conduction of an aluminum alloy. The uncoated surface offers good reflectivity for even dispersion of heat and more consistent, even baking and gradual browning. After repeated use, darkening of the pan will actually enhance baking performance.

Summary: Jelly Roll Pans 2009-01-06
Comment: Recently I purchased the Commercial non-treated 10 x 15 Jelly Roll Pans. My son lives in an apartment with a small stove/oven and needed something like mine for baking meatballs to cookies. Other pans just didn't work for him. My 12 x 18 jelly roll pans were purchased in 1969 and well seasoned now...they are as dark as they can get and bake my breads and cookies to perfection. I can't do without them!

Summary: best jelly roll pan I've owned 2008-12-20
Comment: This pan is fantastic. It's very heavy--seems to have a double layer construction. It also has a wonderful smooth surface that acts like nonstick, but it doesn't scratch off like those horrible coatings most pans have. I hope to replace all my pans with this type!

Summary: Great, once the glue is removed 2008-12-16
Comment: Ok, so I thought previous reviewers were just whining about the amount of time it took to remove the glue that held the product sheet in place. However, even with using a scrubbie, Cameo metal cleaner and then Goo Gone, it took almost an hour to get all of the glue off. After that, using the pan was great! This pan is a bit lighter than pans I have bought from Sam's Club and this pan cost almost twice as much.

Summary: time saver 2008-11-16
Comment: These smaller jelly roll pans are great.
Example: when I make the texas sheet cake recipe , I use both pans and divide the recipe into the two. After baking both pans and cooling. I will put one of the pans in the freezer for later use. It's already and all I have to do is pull it out from the freezer and thaw for just awhile.
