Chicago Metallic Gourmet Ware Medium Loaf Pan, 8-1/2-Inch by 4-1/2-Inch by 2-1/2-Inch

I purchased this with an Amazon Wedding Gift Certificate.
I was replacing older non stick loaf pans.
The newer non stick seems to work much better.
I made a sweet bread today and the bread just popped out.
I flipped the pan over to cool off just a little bit.
Waited a few minutes and lifted it back up (empty)!!!

I bought a set of 5 of these pans to replace my 15-year old cheap pans. I have made whole wheat and zucchini bread in them so far. I love them! The bread crowns beautifully. And it comes right out without sticking. I did spray the pans lightly with Pam, just to be safe, but that may not be necessary. Also, my zucchini and banana breads used to always be mushy in the center. When I made the zucchini bread in these pans it was cooked all the way through. The pans are sturdy and a perfect size. I love the handles on the ends...it makes it easy to transport the bread to and from the oven.

This loaf pan is very nicely made. It is not light weight, but not too heavy eaither. I purchased two of these loaf pans for Christmas baking, and I am very pleased with them.
