Impossible to Clean,

Do not waste your money on these. I put these on my wedding registry and have finally thrown them out. They are strong, indeed; however, the metal is seamed on the corners, so that whatever you are baking gets stuck in the seams and is impossible to get clean. After a year or so, water never dried in those seams and the metal started to rust.
What I looked for in a replacement was one piece of metal in the construction, so that food is easy to clean out of the pan. Wilton makes great ones for half the cost.

I purchased these mini loaf pans because they are made in America, and I am VERY happy with them! The non-stick coating works very well. I made zucchini bread and it literally slid out of the pan when inverted. They cleaned up well in the dishwasher as well. The only downside is that, because they are a folded construction, some batter stuck in the corner so it was a little more difficult than a standard pan to clean by hand.

I decided to give all my friends a different baked good every month for a whole year. Since many of the planned goodies are going to be in loaf form, I decided to buy two sets of these loaf pans - I didn't want to spend too much money, and the price was good. I am very pleased with the product. I have baked several batches of various kinds of breads and cakes in them, and every time, they bake up perfectly even. The pan heats evenly, so there are no burnt or under-cooked areas. They are also quite heavy, which probably contributes to the even baking. The size is perfect for a loaf for two. I can highly recommend these pans.
