Bought this pan yesterday and made a chocolate pound cake in it today. I am so pleased with this pan. My cake looks BEAUTIFUL and after letting it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, it popped right out. (I did grease the pan very well with a brush and then dusted with cocoa, since the cake is choc.) You can really see all the details of the ribbon design. I plan to do a poured chocolate icing...we will see out that turns out! At this point though, just a plain cake or sprinkled with confectioners sugar makes a wonderful statement!!! My husband even commented on how nice the cake looked. I highly recommend this pan for the person who likes to bake pretty cakes made simply.

Oh, I was a bit concerned about the clean up on this pan because of all the great detail on it...I can say with pleasure...the clean up was a breeze! I just put hot soapy water in it and let it sit a few minutes and it rinsed out perfectly clean. I LOVE THIS PAN!
