My husband's the bread baker in the family, and he's very happen with this pan. It produces, nicely shaped loaves, with crispy crusts and soft insides. The finished bread turns out easily, with no sticking, and the pan cleans up almost effortlessly. Well worth the small investment.

I've been making bread for many years and decided to try the Chicago metallic french bread pan. I have tried other Chicago products such as the pizza pan with much success. The bread came out great. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is a great addition to my kitchen and I highly recommend it.
