Aaaaaaah! This model drives our family CRAZY as there is not an option to turn off the beep reminders!!! We bought this machine to wake up to fresh warm bread in the morning but it's waking us up at 4am with the annoying beeps. Other models have the option to disarm the beep reminders but not this one.
During the last 8 minutes of the second kneading cycle there are 5 LOUD beeps to remind you to add any additional ingredients your recipe requires. Also, after mixing/kneading is complete there are 6 LOUD beeps before the last rise cycle, letting you know mixing/kneading is complete.

My friend bought me this for Christmas from Costco. I have used this quite a bit and am very impressed. I have only tried the gluten free option but so far it has done exactly as I had expected it to. I had an older DAK bread maker which worked great for regular breads but wasn't working well for gluten free breads (you couldn't change the number of rise cycles on the DAK and gluten free breads only do well with one rise cycle) so I needed a new one. This one seems to have many configuration options and has been very easy to clean. My only complaint is that the loaf comes out a little taller but not as long as I would have liked but that is not too important.

We use it all the time. The recipes are great and its easy to use. We really like the pizza dough, it comes out perfect every time.
