Our 10-in. fluted mold (sometimes called a bundt pan) has a tube in the center that brings heat to the center of the cake so that it browns in the same time as the outside of the cake. The nonstick surface helps you remove the cake from the pan without damaging and makes cleanup easy. I hesitated to buy another bundt/tube pan because I've always had bad luck getting the cake out no matter how much I buttered and buttered and floured the pan. The cake always stuck.

This time the cake slipped out very easily when I flipped the pan over. I gave it a quick shake and out it came.

This is a well-priced pan and suits my needs well. I probably won't use it that often but it is the right pan for two of my favorite recipes.

nice and heavy. I really don't butter and flour it and the cakes do NOT stick. They just flip right out. The outside of the cake is done properly when the inside is done - not over browned and not pasty. I use it for pound cake.

This pan is great! Cakes cook perfectly, slip right out of the pan and look beautiful! This pan cleans up in a snap, no soaking or scrubbing! It is a solid, durable pan. Note: even though it is non stick, I grease and flour it as the recipe calls for. I have not tried it without grease and flour.
