Fat Daddio's 16 Inch x 4 Inch Non Stick Pullman Bread Pan

I purchased this pan for its size. Because I am a sandwich eater (at least one every day) and make my own bread the 4 inch depth and width conformed to the slice size I prefer. As it turned out its non stick coating and heavy duty construction insure that it will last my life time. My other bread pans have been relegated to storage. It makes a beautiful loaf of bread.

Pan coating came off on bread the first time I used it at 350. Seller was great about the return, but product should be recalled. I found similar reviews for the smaller pan. Would recommend seller for other items, but not this pan.

This pan is well constructed, but the dark, non-stick coating tends to over bake your breads and give you too dark of a crust. There are better options out there for the non-professional baker.
