Fox Run 18 Inch x 2.75 Inch French Bread Pan

This French Bread pan is a good price and great for baking gluten-free french bread. It is one a the few pans that I found that is not non-stick so I was very happy to find it on amazon. It arrived very quickly after I ordered it.

I use this pan for my gluten-free cooking, but it also works wonderfully for regular wheat baking as well. The metal is easy to clean, does not mark or bend easily, and has held up well to abuse. It is not fancy and contains no extras like recipes or instructions--it is just a pan, and a nice basic one at that. Well worth the money.

This pan performs great. I didn't want a non-stick pan because they don't hold up as well. This pan does not stick at all. It releases the bread very easily, and forms a nice brown crust. The dimensions are right for a nice long, narrow baguette.
