I bought this pan for a specific recipe. It is billed as a 10 inch x 5 inch pan, but when it came, the inside of the pan says it is only 9 inches x 5 inches. I had to return it. It is non-stick and looks beautiful otherwise, but it is miss sized.

I don't claim to be an expert at baking, but have had very good luck with this loaf pan. I always use Baker's Joy so don't know how it would work without oil.
