Summary: Durable and Healthier 2010-07-11
Comment: I bought these pans for my grandmother and myself. She had gotten something similar at a local discount store to make meatloaf in since it drains the fat while it cooks. The coating had flaked off so bad she was wrapping it in aluminum foil and poking holes in it every time she used it. Gave her a set as a gift to replace those. We don't have that problem with these pans and been using them for over a year now. We both have dishwashers and they've held up well.
