I was a little confused when I got this in. But it works great! I love it. I make French bread that is Gluten Free, not only does it come off the pan well, it bakes it evenly. I'm glad I purchased this.

This works very well, producing a nice round loaf with a uniform crust all around. It clean in a snap and it even looks good while it's doing it.

Great pan works well, bread comes out nice and crusty yum yum yum, going to make some more when my son comes over so he can help me eat it,so I don't pack on the pounds. outstanding. pan don't look like the one in the pitcher .
