Comment: Great pan works well, bread comes out nice and crusty yum yum yum, going to make some more when my son comes over so he can help me eat it,so I don't pack on the pounds. outstanding. pan don't look like the one in the pitcher .

Comment: When my package arrived a few days ago, my heart dropped; I was sure someone inadvertently shipped an empty carton to me. The pan is just that light. I've always had dismal luck with non-stick bakeware, so I specifically chose this one made of aluminum. Was able to try it out this afternoon. Outstanding results. Although French bread is time-consuming enough to warrant baking it only for special occasions, my experience today just might make it worth making every weekend. Great investment.

Comment: I was a little confused when I got this in. But it works great! I love it. I make French bread that is Gluten Free, not only does it come off the pan well, it bakes it evenly. I'm glad I purchased this.
