Both my pans had scrapes- one on the outside, which is just ugly, and one on the inside- which is bad for baking, since the coating would have come off in the food. I like the design, since I love hanging it on my pot rack- but I wish I didn't have to mess with returning on of the pans because of the scrape, caused by bad packing.
