Just received and not yet used. Purchased for baking bread in my new solar oven, and wasn't expecting any surprises with the pan. Happy to buy American made but disappointed that the pan's lip isn't turned under; instead its sharply cut edges are exposed - much to the peril of unsuspecting fingers. I should return the two I bought, but will probably just file down the sharp edges instead. Unfortunately I also bought this same brand of a four-quart cooker and the lid's edges have the same problem. Won't be buying this brand anymore.

I used this pan for bread and its the best pan I have ever made bread it. when the bread is brown on top, its brown all the way around. its just a wonderful pan.I have used the other pans of this line, and found them all just the best pans I have used in a long time. its an added benefit they are chemical free and made in the USA
