This really big cooling rack is well constructed with fairly heavy gauge material. It's very stable, even with awkwardly balanced loads, and since it looks great as well, I use it as a serving tray/trivet too!

I like this rack because of it's size. I needed a rack that hold 3 nine inch cake layers. This rack works perfectly. I recommend it for all large baking jobs.
