Leave it to KitchenAid to come up with bakeware that has it all. It used to be that you had to sacrifice baking and functional qualities for non-stick properties. You couldn't use metal utensils, you couldn't put it in the dishwasher, and you couldn't trust it to give good performance for more than a couple of years. Those days are gone!
