Shorter days and cooler weather are a sure sign that it’s time to cook heavier, more satisfying foods. However, satisfying does not necessarily mean unhealthy when it comes to making a meaty roast. Measuring 12 by 15 inches and with a capacity of up to 25 pounds, this durable rectangular roaster can handle everything from a Sunday dinner boneless pork loin to a gigantic Thanksgiving turkey with all the trimmings. The included rack holds meats above the pan so fat and oil drip away and a leaner, healthier roast remains.

Made of heavy-gauge carbon steel with sturdy rolled edges, this roasting pan is well-balanced for lugging heavier roasts. In addition, the steel construction offers the perfect heat distribution required for roasting or baking and won’t warp under high oven temperatures.
