I bought this pan because it was the suggested size in Elana's Pantry gluten-free cookbook. It works well (only when well greased and prepared), easy to clean, and produces sharp/clean corners. Would have worked just as well using a pyrex glass bread pan though. Probably not worth the purchase unless you need this specific size or shape.

I ordered this item to make almond flour bread. The bread came out great. Pan is fairly small makes for convenient storage.
