Norpro 2 Piece Nonstick Meatloaf Bread Pan Set

Comment: I couldn't find a small broiler pan anywhere so I tried this. It is perfect for broiling a small quantity and soooo... easy to clean.

Comment: I bought two of these to save money on shipping. Buy more than $25, you get free shipping. I had to add something else to the order so the tally would be $25 or more. I read the reviews and was convinced to try the bake ware out. First thing I did was make a banana nut bread loaf. Man-o-man, I can't believe that I made such a great bread loaf. The bake ware did better than I expected. Like I said, I am not a cook and I don't pretend to be one, but if you're thinking about doing some baking, then I recommend getting this loaf pan. As a matter of fact, I would recommend getting two of them. Not just to save money on shipping, but once you bake something with one of them, you'll want to start barking more and you'll see one isn't enough; I know, I got hooked. I really like the way the food does not stick to the pan. Once the pan cools off a bit, the food falls right out.

My next project will be a good ole fashion meat loaf. Wish me luck!

Comment: This is exactly like one we had long enough to wear out. All of the flavor and none of the fat. Take out the insert and it's a standard loaf pan.

Comment: I am so glad that I purchased this; it is leaps and bounds better than a regular loaf pan. No more holding a spatula against your meatloaf and tipping it upside down to drain the grease, all the while silently praying that your meatloaf doesn't tumble onto the floor. The grease simply drains through the holes into the bottom pan, making your meatloaf healthier and your pan easier to clean. The quality of this pan is solid and will last for years. Other reviewers have mentioned that their pans scratch easily, but I've had mine for 8 or 9 months and haven't had this problem. I go over it with a sponge before putting it in the dishwasher and it's scratch free. Great quality for the price.

Comment: We'd been looking for years for this type of pan. It stands unique from the others in that it IS deeper, for an insert type...and does a right proper job of draining those nasty fatty-oils. Also, NOTHING sticks to its' surface, so clean up is a walk-in-the-park-with-the-one-you-love...maybe even your spouse!
