Norpro Nonstick 4- Linking Loaf Pan

I sliced my finger open just washing these pans before my first use. Please be aware that the edges are very sharp! Watch your kids carefully if they're helping you cook with these.

The functionality of the pans was fine. the bread cooked evenly and the little loaves are nice gifts.

We used this pan to make a huge number of smaller loaves of specialty sweet breads over the holidays... love it, love it, and the friends and family who got to share in the baked goods did as well. 1 of these pans makes your usual sweet bread loaf reciepe into 4 small loaves, so no added hassel of adjusting your reciepes.

I just used my 4 loaf pan to make banana bread for my co-workers. They are a finicky group! So with this I was able to take my same batter I make one big loaf with and make 4 loaves at once! One plain, one with walnuts, one with chocolate chips and one all the way. I just had to reduce my cooking time to 25 min from 1 hour and they came out perfect! 4 loaves in 25 min and everyone was delighted to get banana bread the way they like it! Easy clean up and the loaves popped right out no problem.
