Summary: Perfect bread pan... No burs 2010-07-28
Comment: This pan is perfect and well made. AND NO BURS!
Someone left feedback saying there were burs and uneven spots... but not so with the one I bought.
I liked it so much, I came back and bought another one.
Both pans are perfect, no burs, well made, rolled edges are COMPLETELY smooth, made of heavy metal.
Lots of times I wont buy a product based on reviews; this time Im glad I ignored the one bad review.

Summary: Great pan 2010-07-27
Comment: Great light weight, solid pan. Evenly baked a couple loaves of bread. I just ordered a second one so I can bake more at the same time. Stainless steel and rounded corners makes it easy to clean. No creases or seams for food to get stuck in.

Summary: Does the job at a good price 2010-06-25
Comment: I have just started baking bread by hand (gave up the machine because of the teflon). I hesitated to buy a pan in the 25-dollar range, but was determined also to avoid non-stick coatings...finally , this seemed a good option.
So far I am v pleased. I oil it well before baking. Sometimes a loaf doesn't emerge without some help in one area or other, but on the whole it's pretty good. And it feels nice and robust.
I'm about to order a 2nd pan! Good price for a good product.

Summary: Beautiful quality 2010-06-10
Comment: These pans are superbly made. Being stamped from one sheet, they have no nooks and crannies in which residue can build up, and the edges are rolled and feel perfectly smooth. Bread bakes beautifully, and falls out of the overturned pan, leaving them looking almost perfectly clean - though I always spray them lightly with canola.
AND... MOST IMPORTANTLY, there is no non-stick layer to contaminate foods.
These exit the dishwasher looking as brilliant as they did the day they arrived (I never place any non-stick items in the dishwasher.)
There is one issue with these pans - their size: The cooking cavity is maybe 1" less in both width and length than typical bread pans (IMHO) though the depth (height) is similar.
