Paula Deen 9 Inch x 5 Inch Aluminized Steel Loaf Pan, Champagne

I have other gold toned pans I purchased from WIlliams& Sonoma. This pan is every bit as good a quality for a much better price. I will be buying more of these Paula Deen pans. The goldtoned WS pans were best choice for baking from Cook's Illistrated. They do bake wonderfully, baked goods brown nicely and cook thru properly, best choice for any kind of baking. Way to go Paula!

I bought Cooks illustrated's top rated loaf pan from Williams Sonoma and it's great.After using this pan I'm willing to bet it's the identical material from the same manufacturer,but at half the price.
Great nonstick surface
Perfect crust color,not to light or dark.
Heavy pan,will not warp or bend.
Love it!

I have used this pan twice now, on banana bread and pumpkin bread. Both times, the bread came out way too crunchy on the outside and undercooked in the middle. Also, the pan is not a solid construction so the crumbs get stuck in the cracks in the corners and are impossible to get out. I will be throwing this pan in the trash.
