The pans are all very sturdy and have a nice weight. You can feel the difference between these pans and flimsy aluminum pans. The orange silicon handles are larger than average and easy to grab with oven mitts on. I made banana bread in the loaf pan and after cooling a bit the loaf slid right out! I'm very happy with these pans - highly recommend! 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful: By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Rachael Ray Oven Lovin' Nonstick Bakeware 9-Inch by 5-Inch Loaf Pan, Orange (Kitchen) I purchased two of these and the I love the silicone grips on the handles. It makes the pan a lot easier to hold on to. I gave it a five because of the quality. I bake a lot of bread and don't spray this pan and my loaves slide out. I would have to say, be careful, because the bottom is non-stick too and when you pull out your rack too fast, the pan slides forward right on out of the oven like a hockey puck on ice! I went to turn the loaf around to butter the top after I baked for ten minutes and hot, I barely touched to to turn it and it slides around. Love it though, bought the entire collection. Gone are the old pans and in are Rachael Ray's 9x5 non-stick bread pans with the bright orange grips. I made homemade bread today and they are bigger than my old pans so I already loved the fact that they were a more standard size. The non-stick coating is great and the grips on the sides are nice to have. My breads turned out great, evenly browned and easily popped out of the pans. They say that they are dishwasher safe, but I have found that over the years my pans have lasted longer when washed by hand so I plan to do that for these pans in hopes that I will have them for a very long time. I see that Rachael Ray has a whole line of these baking pans, so I would definitely consider purchasing her line when I need to replace older items in my kitchen. The pans are good quality and a fair price to boot! Overall, a good pan and I would even consider these pans as a...Read more |
