the grease is away from the meat loaf, this is absolutely wonderful. But getting the insert out of the pan is not as easy as it should be. so i give it a 4, and a so, so.

This is the best meatloaf pan I have ever had. Before, I had to drain the grease out of the pan 2 - 3 times while cooking a meatloaf. Now the grease drains by itself and the meatloaf doesn't have a greasy taste to it.

LOVE this pan and HIGHLY recommend it! It cleans very easy and drains the fat from the meat as it is intended to do! Love love love it!
