I ordered this pan a few weeks ago from Amazon.com. First of all it seemed like it got here in no time flat which I very much appreciated since I really needed this pan right away. The pan itself has been amazing. I put my first loaf of bread in it after buttering up the pan a little. It made a perfect loaf and released it easily. I didn't even have any cleanup afterward. I just gave it a quick wipe and put it away. Now I don't even need to butter it before putting a loaf in. I just plop that bad boy in the pan and stick it in the oven. I absolutely love my stoneware pans, and will never switch back to metal...bleck!

We have had the bread pan for about 5 years now. I do not love it, but it works.
The only reason I have a problem is not the way it cooks, but I can't get the stains out
of it. It does cook evenly, maintains the heat, and it is made in the USA.
It does what we wanted it to, so I'm a happy camper.

I make a killer banana bread and since I started using the Stone Bakeware, the results have been much more than I expected, done to perfection and always super moist. A must have in the kitchen.
