I love this pan! If properly prepared, works beautifully for cakes. I used it for Pandoro and everything worked just great. Very even cooking/browning.

Received this for Christmas and promptly baked a Pandoro. I used the recipe that Carol Field has in her book THE ITALIAN BAKER (there is a Pandoro on the cover) - wow! So delicious. Love this pan. It produced a gorgeous, brown exterior and a tender interior. Now I need to order another pan...The Italian Baker
