The person who invented this should be a millionaire by now. We've been using ours for over a year now and it works great! Nothing sticks to it. The bread or brownies or whatever just comes right out in one piece. We fold it up and stuff it in the drawer for storage, which doesn't hurt it a bit. Caveat - do not clean these silicone pans with a scrub brush or brillo pad b/c you will scratch the surface. Soak it in water a while and use a washcloth. Usually there is not that much stuck to it - only if you overbaked it and it's a sugary mixture, then a little bit may stick to it.

Great non-stick baking pan. It is very easy to remove baked goods. One tip: Place pan on a cookie sheet when allowing bread dough to rise in the pan, it is so soft that the dough gets disturbed when you move the pan into the oven and the dough collapses. The cookie sheet helps you gently move the pan.
