The person who invented this should be a millionaire by now. We've been using ours for over a year now and it works great! Nothing sticks to it. The bread or brownies or whatever just comes right out in one piece. We fold it up and stuff it in the drawer for storage, which doesn't hurt it a bit. Caveat - do not clean these silicone pans with a scrub brush or brillo pad b/c you will scratch the surface. Soak it in water a while and use a washcloth. Usually there is not that much stuck to it - only if you overbaked it and it's a sugary mixture, then a little bit may stick to it.

Good pan to cook with. My only complaint that it is a little too big for my taste. 1.5 lbs of beef with meatloaf will be about 2 inches high. I prefer a taler loaf, but I guess it doesn't really matter.
