I really liked the set of silicone bakeware I received for Christmas. Mine do not leave a funny taste, like some have complained, and they are a snap to clean up. Ease of clean up is the sole reason I wanted them. I eventually would like to get rid of all my bakeware that is metal, except cookie sheets.
