They don't make this model anymore, but if you get one used, they are cheap and very reliable; at least the old-timer I have. Lotsa options for time, etc. Advice: Put a level teaspoon of powdered psyllium husk fiber in every loaf. It keeps the middle of the loaf always uniform with no holes. A.W.
