The USA Pans Mini Loaf Pan is constructed of aluminized steel, the material of choice for commercial bakeries. The metal thickness of this pan has been selected to allow for even heat distribution and maximum service life. No need for messy and unhealthy oil and grease. This pan is coated with Americoat. Americoat is a proprietary silicone coating. It provides a clear, non-stick,non-toxic baking surface, specially formulated for superior baking. It's FDA approved; it does not contain PTFE's or PFOA's. It is not recommended to exceed baking temperature of 400 degrees F. Easy care. To clean, simply wipe clean after use; soap and water are okay to use. It is not recommended that pan be washed in dishwasher because harsh chemicals can cause the non-stick material to breakdown in time. Dry pan completely, after cleaning. USA Pans is the newest line of bakeware developed by American Pan, the world's largest manufacturer of commercial bakeware. Pans are made of 65-percent recycled steel. Made in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, USA. Lifetime warranty. Set of 4. Each pan measures 5-1/2 by 3 by 2.25-inch.

I am a big fan of USA pans, and these mini loaf pans didn't disappoint. They conduct heat well, so the bread bakes up evenly with no over- or under-done spots. The pans are also a breeze to clean up. Even though they aren't dishwasher safe, the coating makes any crumbs slide right off. Just a FYI - three of these pans will equal a 9x5 pan.

I bought 4 of these mini loaf pans and made about 20 mini zucchini bread with them. This is the perfect size for just the 2 of us and excellent size to give as gifts and Made in the USA made the sale!!!

Wow these mini loaf pans are wonderful. I put them to use as soon as they arrived and made 4 mini loaves of whole wheat walnut bread for a party.

These pans are well made and a much better product than the Chicago Metallic folded metal mini loaf pans. These USA Pans are 1 piece with rolled edges. No worry about sticking dough or batter in the folds as with the Chicago Metallic which I am now tossing out.

For batter quick breads I buttered and floured the pans and the loaves came out without a hitch. For dough yeast breads I used cooking spray oil and again the same result as with the quick breads.

These mini loaf pans are wonderful for making small breads which can be sliced for canapes.
