The USA Pans Strapped Mini Loaf Pan is constructed of aluminized steel, the material of choice for commercial bakeries. The metal thickness of this pan has been selected to allow for even heat distribution and maximum service life. No need for messy and unhealthy oil and grease. This pan is coated with Americoat. Americoat is a proprietary silicone coating. It provides a clear, non-stick, non-toxic baking surface, specially formulated for superior baking. It's FDA approved; it does not contain PTFE's or PFOA's. It is not recommended to exceed baking temperature of 400 degrees F. Easy care. To clean, simply wipe clean after use; soap and water are okay to use. It is not recommended that pan be washed in dishwasher because harsh chemicals can cause the non-stick material to breakdown in time. Dry pan completely, after cleaning. USA Pans is the newest line of bakeware developed by American Pan, the world's largest manufacturer of commercial bakeware. Pans are made of 65-percent recycled steel. I absolutely love this baking pan. I have a home bakery business and sell a lot of mini-loaves of Pumpkin Bread. This pan has made things so easy for me as it is much easier than putting a bunch of individual pans in the oven. It is really well made and sturdy. The loaves come out looking nicer than ever because the heat is distributed so evenly in this pan. I am looking at more USA Pans now because this one is so good.

These baking pans are the best pans that I have ever used! They are made of heavy gauge metal so foods cook evenly. They have the most wonderful finish that allows breads to come out of the pan easily, and the cleanup is a cinch! I am going to buy more bakeware from this company. Even better, they are made in the USA!

I started out with a silicone pan with six mini bread loafs. After many uses found the walls next to each in the pan didn't allow the bread to brown in thoses areas. I have bought other U.S.A. Pans and loved them. So I purchased the four pan and love the results. Perfectly brown , all sides of the loaf . This non-sticking pan is easy to clean up and the ones I used have NEVER rusted. I will invest in more U.S.A. Pans in the furture...they are the best.
