I bought this item locally. This pan completely solved the greasy meatloaf dilemma. My husband is the meatloaf maker in the family and we just had another 5 star meatloaf.
I've seen reviews of other pans and can say there have been no problems separating the pans. We normally don't do that when their hot anyway- we just leave them as they come out of the oven and serve from the pan with a plastic spatula. I've tried just for the heck of it when they were still warm and no problem.
No issues of finish flaking off either.
Husband believes it decreases the cooking time also.
Very happy with it and would buy it again.

This pan was what I expected. Seems like good quality. Cooks a meatloaf as I expect. I definitely would recommend to others.

Since there are only two in our family, it uses about a pound and a half of hamburger, which is just right for us.
