Product Review

PYREX® Easy Grab glassware products feature large handles that give you more ‘grip’ space and make it easier to transport. This line was designed with particular emphasis on comfort, style, and convenience. The Easy Grab series is even easy to handle with oven mitts.

I purchased this item 2/20. I received on 2/28 without the lid. I emailed World Kitchen, who in turn sent an automated email, stating a replacement would be sent. On 3/12 I received an email that the lid was sent. 3/17 received lid, but it did not fit. Called World Kitchen and advised them of incorrect lid. Customer service rep said that the lid sent is supposed to fit. I will post a photo to show the lid that, according to World Kitchen, is supposed to fit the loaf pan. Will send one last email, then back it goes if no resolution. If lid issue is resolved, will increase star review.

While the loaf dish/pan is just fine, it does *not* come with the "Easy snap on lid for secure transport" as described. That was one of the main reasons I chose this item, since a lid would have been handy for storage. After the item was received with no lid, I contacted Amazon's customer support to see if they could remedy the situation for me. Their best solution was to have item shipped a second time, in the hopes that maybe the lid was inadvertently excluded from the first shipment in error. So I went with this solution, only to receive the item a second time, and *again*, with no lid. So I had to return the second item, and resolve myself to accept the original item as "lidless". *sigh*
